URBAN RATTLERS: A man in populous Garden Grove was bitten Sunday by a rattlesnake, and county animal control worker Marie Hulett-Curtner says it could happen anywhere (B1). . . . “Every city in Orange County has rattlesnakes,” she says. “Sometimes they crawl into cars and trucks that are out in the wilds, and that’s how they get into the cities.” Though the local rattlesnake population is growing, fortunately for urbanites, most are still in the foothills.
