Computer Order Placed With Access HealthNet

Access HealthNet Inc., a Westlake Village provider of computer systems linking health-care providers with hospitals and laboratories, said it has received an order from Rx Medical Services Inc. worth up to $1.4 million over two years.
The computer systems allow doctors to receive lab results through their office terminals. Prior to the Rx Medical order, Access HealthNet said its shipments of the systems totaled more than $2.5 million in its last two fiscal quarters.
Rx Medical owns laboratories and imaging centers in Florida, Arizona, Louisiana and California.
