Key Semiconductor Index Rises: The semiconductor industry book-to-bill ratio for the U.S. market increased slightly to 1.12 last month, according to statistics scheduled for release today by the Semiconductor Industry Assn. July marks the 21st consecutive month the ratio has been at 1.0 or better.
