Under the state Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, Ventura County must report each week the toxic and potentially toxic materials discharged. The discharges are investigated by the county Environmental Health Division. DATE: July 14 LOCATION: 1060 S. J St., Oxnard MATERIAL: 10 gallons gasoline DATE: July 21 LOCATION: South S Avenue and 20th Street, Point Mugu MATERIAL: 600 gallons ethylene glycol DATE: July 21 LOCATION: Highway 126 and Piru Creek, Piru MATERIAL: 75 gallons diesel DATE: July 29 LOCATION: Highway 126 east of Hall Road, Ventura MATERIAL: 30 gallons diesel
