SIMI VALLEY : Woman Is Forced to Withdraw $700 at ATM

A Simi Valley woman was robbed at knifepoint Saturday afternoon while using an automatic teller machine in a crowded shopping mall, police said.
The woman was using a Wells Fargo Bank machine at 2740 Cochran St. in Simi Valley when a man grabbed her from behind, put a knife at her back and forced her to withdraw $700 in cash, police said.
The robber, estimated to be about 20 years old, took the money and fled through the crowded shopping center.
Police said the woman was uninjured.
