Nation IN BRIEF : FLORIDA : Would-Be Robbers Attack 3 Tourists

A group of three Australian tourists were attacked by would-be robbers who sprayed the visitors in the face with Chemical Mace in the latest in a series of violent crimes against Florida tourists, police said. Gavin Reddington, one of the victims, said the attack occurred at a fast-food restaurant near a Ft. Lauderdale beach. Four teen-agers jumped out of a pickup and one waved a handgun at the tourists, a spokesman said. Then the teen-agers sprayed the tourists in the face with Mace.
