Oingo Boingo broke with Halloween tradition last year, electing not to play Orange County at the close of October. This year the rock band with a humorously ghoulish streak is back, treating fans to concerts Friday and Saturday, Oct. 29 and 30, at 8 p.m. at Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre, 8800 Irvine Center Drive.
