Nostalgia Network Hires Investment Banker: Allen & Co. will assist the company in considering various deals. They include a $40-million buyout offer from Pat Robertson’s International Family Entertainment Inc., which has offered Nostalgia an infusion of up to $2 million. Also interested in Nostalgia is Concept Communications, which has been linked to the Rev. Sun Myung Moon and already owns about one-fourth of the company.
