Pact for Hycor, Swiss Firm: Hycor Biomedical Inc. said Thursday it signed a development and marketing agreement with the Swiss company Tecan AG.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hycor said the two companies will market a modified version of Tecan’s newest line of allergy diagnostic instruments.
Hycor Biomedical, based in Irvine, makes and sells a variety of medical and diagnostic products.
