Calabasas 55, Santa Paula 0--The Coyotes (7-3, 2-2) clinched a playoff berth with a victory over the Cardinals (1-9, 0-4) at Santa Paula.
Matt Findlay of Calabasas rushed for 146 yards and two touchdowns in 14 carries, while breaking the Calabasas single-season rushing record. Findley scored on runs of one and 50 yards. Ziad Bawarshi completed five of 11 passes for 78 yards and two touchdowns.
Bawarshi and Findley led Calabasas to 386 total yards. The Coyote defense held the Cardinals to 113 yards.
Santa Paula’s Jeff Shea completed 10 of 21 passes for 111 yards and four interceptions, two of which were returned for touchdowns.
