Christmas Day is finally here, and to no surprise holiday television programming is still going strong.
Just in time to accompany the flurry of gift opening is the “Walt Disney World Very Merry Christmas Parade,” which offers a holiday march across the theme park at Lake Buena Vista, Fla., today on ABC at 7 a.m. Joan Lunden and Regis Philbin are the hosts, on Channels 7, 3, 10 and 42.
For a more traditional Christmas morning, the Vienna Boys Choir lend their voices to “Silent Night, Holy Night,” at 8 a.m. on cable’s Art & Entertainment channel.
ABC keeps the evening festive with the Richard Thomas movie “Yes, Virginia, There Is a Santa Claus,” tonight at 8.
