FTC Files Charges Against Riverside Firm: The Federal Trade Commission, in a civil action filed in federal court in Los Angeles, charged AAA Quality Electric of Riverside and several other companies operating under the umbrella of All County Management Services Inc. with selling as many as 100,000 consumers unnecessary repairs and charging their credit cards without authorization. The firms operated in 23 states. Besides the FTC, authorities in California, Illinois, Florida and Texas have filed charges against the companies. The FTC is seeking redress for consumers. It said alleged California victims are from the northern part of the state.
