SOUTH COUNTY : Chamber to Hold Traditional <i> Tardeada</i>

The South Orange County Chamber of Commerce will hold a tardeada, a traditional afternoon celebration, on Aug. 27 for legislators and other elected officials to meet the business community.
The chamber’s political action committee will sponsor the event, which allows local business people to discuss their concerns with their elected officials in an informal setting.
The tardeada will be held at Rancho Mission Viejo and is open to all business people in South County. The event will be from 1 to 4 p.m. and will feature a barbecue, clowns, magicians, music and dancing.
Tickets are $45 for adults and $5 for children under 12.
