SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO : Community Services Cuts Morning Hours

Starting Monday, the city’s Community Services Department will cut its office hours in half.
The move is necessary because of a $140,000 cut in the department’s programs and personnel made last month by the City Council.
The department’s office will no longer be open in the mornings. The new hours of the office, at 31421 La Matanza, will be 1 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Residents may use a drop slot to leave program registration or messages when the office is closed. For more information, call (714) 493-5911.
