Fujitsu Forms Multimedia Division: Fujitsu Ltd. said it has formed a software and services unit to develop and market interactive multimedia services in the U.S. market. The San Jose-based division, Fujitsu Cultural Technologies, has purchased the rights to client-server telecommunications technology, developed by Lucas Arts Entertainment Co., on which it plans to base a new line of multimedia services.
