You don’t know how Chris Reynolds’ July 31 column struck a chord in me (“Fewer Hotels Are Dialing for Your Dollars”)! At the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, for a one-minute call from a lobby pay phone to another area hotel (using a calling card), I was charged an astounding $4.50. Absurd, ridiculous! How can they do that?
