The grand opening of the new National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Ky., is set for Sept. 2-5. The 68,000-square-foot museum is next to the General Motors Corvette Plant, the only facility that builds Corvettes and which draws about 70,000 visitors a year. Attractions at the new $15-million museum will include a miniature design center, an interactive “Performance Area” and a library.
