Ameron Inc.: The firm said Tuesday that it has formed a new division in Brea to develop and market its patented heavy coatings technology. It named Colin Hull vice president and general manager of the unit, Ameron Engineered Materials Division. Ameron Inc. in Pasadena makes fiberglass pipes, protective coatings and other products for building, construction and industrial use. It also operates a coatings plant in Brea.
