Garfield 13, Huntington Park 0--Garfield running back Edgar Soto’s 194 yards more than doubled Huntington Park’s team rushing total of 96, leading to a third consecutive defeat for Huntington Park.
Rudy Burruel scored the first touchdown on an eight-yard pass from Eddie Hermoso in the second quarter. Soto’s two-yard scoring run in the fourth quarter capped Garfield’s three plays, 40-yard drive.
