Reseda 24, North Hollywood 13--Michael Oxx lived up to his name, bulling for 103 yards in 11 carries, including a touchdown run of 65 yards, to lead the Regents (3-2, 2-0) at North Hollywood.

North Hollywood (0-5, 0-2) scored on quarterback Ryan Acosta’s 67-yard pass to Ryan Jones and built its lead to 13-0 on Saul Lopez’s six-yard run in the second quarter. Acosta finished with 149 yards passing, completing four of 13 attempts. Jones caught four passes for 125 yards.

Reseda rallied in the second half. Jeremy Walker caught a 25-yard pass from Matt Rutter to put the Regents ahead for good, 16-13. Michael Clark intercepted an Acosta pass and returned it 37 yards for a touchdown that capped the scoring.
