Former Newspaper Building Is for Sale

The building that formerly housed the Oxnard Press Courier is for sale.
CB Commercial Real Estate’s Ventura office is offering the newspaper’s plant on Oxnard’s West 9th Street at an asking price of $2.4 million.
The 52,000-square-foot building is owned by Thomson Newspapers, which folded the Press Courier last June.
