Regency Health Services Inc.: The Tustin operator of specialty health care facilities posted third-quarter profit of $561,000, or 3 cents a share, which included merger and restructuring charges of $2.4 million. That compares to profit of $3.3 million, or 19 cents a share, for the 1993 third quarter. In April the company completed its merger with Care Enterprises Inc., and financial results for the comparable periods of 1993 have been restated. Revenue was increased to $93.6 million from $89.4 million. For the nine-month period, the company reported a net loss of nearly $4 million, or 24 cents a share, which included merger and restructuring expenses of $10.6 million. That contrasts with profit of $8.5 million, or 51 cents a share, for the same period last year. Revenue rose 15%, to $284.7 million from $248.3 million.
