St. Bernard 7, St. Francis 6--Andrew Dillard intercepted a John Carnevali pass with 2:37 left and preserved a Viking victory at St. Francis.

St. Bernard (5-5, 2-3) took a 7-0 lead in the fourth quarter when Dillard (70 yards in 16 carries) scored on a two-yard run.

The Knights responded with an 11-play, 65-yard drive that ended on a one-yard touchdown run by Ross Driscoll. The Knights failed on the two-point conversion when Carnevali’s pass sailed over the intended receiver.

Darrin Maxwell had a game-high 83 yards in 21 carries for St. Francis (4-5-1, 1-4).
