CYPRESS : College Offers Classes on Safety for Youths

Classes, by age group, to teach young people safety in dealing with strangers and dangerous situations will be offered Saturday at Cypress College, 9200 Valley View St. The courses are sponsored by the adult continuing education division of the North Orange County Community College District.
The times and fees for the one-day class are: children 4 to 6, who must be accompanied by parents, 1 to 2 p.m., $10; 7 to 11 years old, 2 to 3:30 p.m., $15, and 12 to 17 years old, 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., $20.
Classes will be held in the “Kids’ College” section of the campus, next to Parking Lot 4.
