ROCKET MAN: Elton John is re-launching his Rocket Records label--the ‘70s home of Neil Sedaka and Kiki Dee--with his own “Made in England” album as the inaugural release in late March. The London-based label will be distributed worldwide by PolyGram, possibly through its Island division.

John is also expected to team again with Billy Joel for concert dates in the spring, including several on the West Coast. A John-Joel stadium tour last summer was a big draw in the Eastern U.S. John will then continue on his own world tour.
