Chris D. Van Gorder has been appointed president and chief executive of Anaheim Memorial Hospital. He succeeds Robert M. Sloan, who became interim chief executive for Voluntary Hospitals of America. Van Gorder was formerly executive vice president of Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance. Before that, he was at Anaheim Memorial for seven years, as senior vice president and vice president.
