Parriott Has 46; Valley Christian Wins

Jodi Parriott scored 46 points to lead the Cerritos Valley Christian girls’ basketball team to an 86-76 victory over Santa Ynez on Tuesday in the Southern Regional Division IV final at Lakewood Mayfair High.
Tandee Taylor scored 30 points for Cerritos Valley Christian (24-3). Santa Ynez (29-2) was led by Kristy Rohr, who scored 25 points.

Prep basketball--Cerritos Valley Christian basketball player Jodi Parriott will attend USC next season. The school was incorrect in Wednesday’s editions.
Parriott has signed a letter of intent to attend Long Beach State next season.
