El Segundo-based Computer Sciences Corp. has acquired Weston Group Inc., a national management consulting firm specializing in business, sales and marketing strategy, for an undisclosed price. Westport, Conn.-based Weston Group has a staff of 44 and annual revenue of about $10 million. . . . Cincinnati-based International Lottery Inc., which makes lottery ticket vending machines, said it agreed to acquire Lottery Enterprises Inc. of San Diego in a stock exchange valued at $38 million. . . . International Business Machines Corp. said it plans to invest about $600 million to expand capacity at its microelectronics business this year.
