Bankers Trust Lawyer Gave Papers to BusinessWeek: A member of the law firm representing Bankers Trust New York Corp. said it was the source of the documents passed to BusinessWeek magazine for a story that was pulled under court order. Holley’s testimony “established beyond dispute that we obtained [the documents] lawfully,” said Ken Vittor, general counsel of McGraw-Hill Inc., which publishes BusinessWeek.
