WESTMINSTER : City Sponsors Contest for Holiday Displays

The deadline to enter the city’s fifth annual Holiday Home Decorating Contest is Dec. 11.
The city hosts the contest to recognize residents for the hours of labor that go into creating the bright, elaborate holiday scenes, officials said.
Residents can enter in a variety of categories. Applications are available at City Hall, 8200 Westminster Blvd., and at the Chamber of Commerce, 14491 Beach Blvd.
