State Pay Raises

Well ho! ho! ho! and a Merry Christmas. At least for Gov. Pete Wilson and other state officials. They all received a 5% salary increase (Dec. 5)!

We disabled seniors receiving SSI (Supplemental Security Income) just received our notice of a cut in our already very meager income. The most obscene spectacle was the news picture of his “Christmas cheer” as he lit the Capitol tree decorated with ornaments made by whom? You got it--the disabled.
