ARV Makes 3 Land/Facility Deals

COSTA MESA — ARV Assisted Living Inc. has acquired an assisted living facility in Cincinnati for $8.7 million and majority interest in facilities in Fullerton and San Diego for nearly $1.1 million.

In a third transaction, ARV said it bought land and gained governmental approval to construct a 140-unit assisted living facility in Plano, Texas. Construction on the $12-million facility is scheduled to begin in March.

ARV operates 33 such facilities throughout the United States, with another 14 facilities under development in California and six other states.
