O’Connell to Hold Street-Corner Session

State Sen. Jack O’Connell (D-Santa Barbara) will answer constituent questions from 10 to 11:30 a.m. today at the corner of 10th and Main streets in Santa Paula.
O’Connell has been holding such street-corner sessions since he was first elected to the Assembly in 1982.
