Travelers to Indonesia should know that to enter the country, your passport must have at least six months valid before expiration or you are refused entry. Unfortunately, our travel agent did not inform us and no airline would risk taking us, as we found out. Not everywhere is as convenient to obtain a renewal. We were lucky we were in Melbourne.
