** David Lee Murphy, “Gettin’ Out the Good Stuff,” MCA. “Gimme the Usual” would be a more fitting title for this unexceptional country outing. This Illinois songwriter-turned-performer has a clear, on-the-nose tenor, but like so many other young-hat acts, does very little with it that’s memorable.
