KIBBUTZ GADOT, Israel — Israeli soldiers Wednesday dug up graves of Lebanese guerrillas buried in the Jewish state for a possible exchange with the Islamic group Hezbollah, witnesses said.

Hezbollah officials said Tuesday that a German mediator was trying to broker a deal for the exchange of the remains of two Israeli soldiers held by the pro-Iranian group for Arabs imprisoned in Israel and the bodies of guerrillas buried in the Jewish state.
