Santa Barbara Bank & Trust Officer Heads Scout Council

Sue Chadwick, vice president and area manager of the Camarillo, Oxnard and Ventura offices of Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, has been elected president of the Ventura County Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
Other new officers include Jim Inman of Oxnard, who will serve as commissioner, and Kevin Jillson of Camarillo, chief financial officer at Camarillo Community Bank, who will serve as treasurer and vice president of finance.
Newly elected members of the executive committee include Albert Vera of Oxnard, owner of Radio Lobo, KOXR-AM (910); Allen Smith of Westlake Village, president of ISX; Tom Parker of Westlake Village, chief executive officer of The Emerald Group, and John Velthoen, Port Hueneme’s city manager.
Chadwick, an Oxnard resident, is also a member of the board of directors for the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce, the Council on Economic Vitality for the Ventura County Public Facilities Corp., the Ventura County Economic Development Assn., the Ventura County Regional Conference for Women and the California Strawberry Festival.
There are more than 7,000 Boy Scouts in Ventura County.
