Police Hold Transient Found Nude on Beach

A 34-year-old transient was arrested Sunday after exposing himself on a crowded beach in Ventura, police said.
Ronald Nance was booked into Ventura County Jail after police say they found him nude on the beach in front of the Holiday Inn at about 5:30 p.m., Ventura Police Sgt. Gary Atkinson said.
Nance was being held Sunday night in lieu of $500 bail on suspicion of exposing himself in a public place, said a jail spokeswoman.
