Toyota-Lift Signs 5-Year Lease for Oxnard Site

Toyota-Lift of Los Angeles has signed a five-year lease for a 10,500-square-foot office building in Oxnard’s McGrath Business Park. The new facility will be the company’s first in Ventura County. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
A division of Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. Inc., Toyota-Lift is primarily responsible for new and used sales, rentals, parts and service for Toyota-manufactured forklifts.
Toyota-Lift and its staff of about 10 is scheduled to move into its new Oxnard facility on Sept. 1, said Michael Walsh of the Los Angeles-based Daum Commercial Real Estate Services. Daum represented the McGaelic Group, owner of the McGrath Business Park, in the transaction.
