4.3 Quake Off N. Coast

A moderate 4.3 magnitude earthquake occurred under the Pacific Ocean 20 miles off the Humboldt County coast, near the village of Petrolia, at 2:19 a.m. Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey reported. There was no damage.
