Luckman Acquires Results Marketing Group

NEWPORT BEACH — Luckman Interactive Inc., a provider of software for the Internet, said it has it has acquired Results Marketing Group, a 3-year-old sales and marketing company based in Newport Beach, for an undisclosed sum.

Results Marketing co-owners Tammy Gibbons and Robert Keilch will become executives at Los Angeles-based Luckman. Gibbons was named vice president of sales and Keilch will become vice president of strategic business development. They will maintain offices in both Los Angeles and Newport Beach.
