In nonleague Southern Section games:

Valencia 27, Bishop Union 20--Donovan Calhoun rushed for 137 yards and three touchdowns as the host Vikings held off the Broncos at College of the Canyons.

Calhoun scored in the first quarter on runs of 16 and six yards in a span of one minute, 54 seconds, to give Valencia a 14-0 lead. After two Bishop touchdowns on runs by Peter Yerkes, the Vikings took the lead for good when Caleb Willis caught a 37-yard touchdown pass from Kenny Taylor with 7:36 to play.
