Miller’s Injury Not Serious After All

Sophomore wide receiver Billy Miller’s shoulder injury, suffered in the second quarter last Saturday against California, isn’t as serious as first feared.
He was diagnosed as having at least a partially separated shoulder but on Sunday he was relatively pain-free and is expected to play Saturday against Arizona.

The NCAA has released its annual football graduation rankings, and Oregon State leads the Pacific 10 Conference at 94%. Oregon (79%) is second, USC (75%) third and Stanford (65%) fourth. UCLA (50%) is seventh.
The rankings reflect the incoming freshman football classes of 1991-92, and include players who transferred or left school for the NFL draft before their graduation dates.
