Syncor Buys $644,000 Shares of Its Stock

Syncor International Corp., a provider of specialty pharmaceutical services, said it has purchased 644,000 shares of its stock in a private transaction from its former vice chairman and chief executive, Gene R. McGrevin.
The shares were acquired for $9.75 each, and will be classified as treasury stock by the company.
