WESTMINSTER — Police are investigating whether a man suspected of indecent exposure in several Los Angeles-area communities is the person who flashed several shoppers earlier this week in a supermarket parking lot, authorities said Tuesday.
About 12:30 p.m. Sunday, several shoppers told police that a man flashed them in the Max Foods parking lot in the 15300 block of Golden West Street.
The next day, a man with a similar description led Long Beach police on a high-speed chase before being arrested. The suspect, 44-year-old Randall Lee Wickham, was wanted on suspicion of indecent exposure in several cities, including Santa Monica and Redondo Beach. Long Beach investigators said they also suspect Wickham committed similar offenses in their city.
