Havana, Vatican to Arrange Papal Visit

Cuba and the Vatican have agreed to make arrangements for Pope John Paul II to visit the island, Vatican Foreign Minister Jean-Louis Tauran said. Tauran said Cuban President Fidel Castro confirmed a long-standing Cuban invitation to the pontiff. No date for the visit has been agreed to, Tauran and Cuban officials said.
