Disney Chief to Speak at Cal State Benefit

Walt Disney Co. Chairman Michael D. Eisner is the scheduled keynote speaker at Cal State Fullerton’s second annual Front & Center fund-raiser Jan. 30.
The event, which showcases the university’s relations with the larger Orange County community, will also feature a variety show by award-winning students from Cal State Fullerton’s School of the Arts, and a black-tie dinner for 900 university scholarship donors.
More than 5,000 people attended the inaugural event last year.
Those interested in attending may call (714) 773-3480. The cost is $500 a person. Proceeds are expected to total more than $500,000. The money will be used for student scholarships.
