Auditions Set for Touring ‘Chicago’

Auditions for the national touring productions of the Broadway hit “Chicago” are scheduled for today at the Debbie Reynolds Studio in North Hollywood, 6514 Lankershim Blvd.
Subsequent auditions will be in Chicago, New York, Washington, Toronto, Las Vegas, Miami and Boston.
Producers Barry and Fran Weissler are seeking “strong dancers with striking appearances” who are familiar with Bob Fosse-style choreography and can project “sensuous characterizations.”
Male and female dancers should arrive for registration at 9 a.m. Jazz shoes are required.
