Work on Sound Wall Prompts a Traffic Tip

Sound-wall construction in the area of Janss Road and California 23 in Thousand Oaks has prompted the Sheriff’s Department to urge motorists to be watchful of merging traffic and periodic lane closures. Construction will continue through February, and motorists should drive slower, said Sheriff’s Sgt. Ken Bailey.
