Master’s Splits Two Matches in Volleyball

Sophomore Kim Gibson and senior Misty May led The Master’s College women’s volleyball team to a split in the Concordia tournament Friday at Irvine.
The Mustangs lost to Point Loma, 15-6, 15-7, 15-10, and defeated Briar Cliffe, 15-9, 16-14, 15-9.
Gibson had 14 kills against Briar Cliffe (0-4), and nine digs and six blocks against Point Loma (2-0). May had nine kills and 11 digs against Point Loma and 11 digs against Briar Cliffe.
